Cammie M. Sublette is professor of English at the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith, specializing in African American literature, race theory, and food studies. Jennifer Martin is a University of South Carolina Presidential Teaching Fellow in Social Advocacy and Ethical Life working toward her PhD in twentieth-century American literature.
