Therefore, this Master's Thesis provides insights into which diversity and inclusion practices are required to enhance employee retention in Austria.

Melda Koçak, née en 1998, est titulaire d'une licence en administration des affaires. Elle a obtenu un double master en gestion exécutive et en commerce international, partagé entre Vienne (Autriche) et Queensland (Australie).
