O Dr. Moussa Camara é membro da Escola de Doutoramento em Artes, Culturas e Civilização e do Laboratoire de Littérature Française, Francophone et Comparée na Universidade Cheikh Anta Diop em Dakar. Licenciado pela Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologias da Educação e da Formação (FASTEF), leccionou na UCAD e na UGB de Saint-Louis.
