As a naturopathic doctor, thought leader, and high-performance coach, he empowers individuals to align mind, body, and spirit to live courageously, love deeply, and lead with purpose. His heart-centered approach helps people unlock their full potential and step into lives of greater meaning, impact, and joy. Dr. James has been married for over 31 years to the love of his life, Debra--a fellow healer and kindred spirit he met in medical school. They make their home in the mountains of Colorado, where they thrive on adventure, soulful connection, and a life lived wide open. Together, they've raised two extraordinary daughters who continue to inspire them, even as they chart their own paths beyond Colorado. >Dr. Debra Rouse is a naturopathic doctor, award-winning author, and expert in integrative nutrition, botanical medicine, women's health, and lifestyle medicine.
