Findings indicate that ICT has not only reduced operational costs but has also expanded the scope of information sources available to journalists, enabling them to engage in real-time reporting and audience interaction. The study highlights the challenges faced by media organizations in adapting to rapid technological advancements while also identifying best practices for leveraging these tools to improve news quality.
