Dr. Ashok Athalye is a Professor of Textile Chemistry at the Institute of Chemical Technology & head of the department, formerly Dean of Student Affairs and Vice President of the Technological Association of ICT, Mumbai. He is a Fellow of the Society of Dyers and Colourists (UK) and Fellow of the Indian Chemical Society. Served as a member of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Textiles Specialty Chemicals and Dyestuffs Sectional Committee, Academic Council of DKTE & the Editorial Advisory Board of Indian Textile Journal. Dr. Harshal Patil obtained his Ph.D. from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, specializes in sustainable textile chemical processing. Currently an R&D specialist at Canvaloop Fibre Pvt. Ltd., his expertise includes natural dyeing, green surfactants, and eco-friendly technologies. He is skilled in statistical optimization, advanced textile characterization, and tools like Design of Experiments. Harshal's innovative work emphasizes waste management, resource valorization, and circular economy practices.
