Dr. Haijun Zeng is the vice dean of the Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University, China, the deputy director of the Educational Informatization Strategy Research Base (Beijing) of the Ministry of Education, and the deputy director of the National Engineering Research Center of Cyberlearning and Intelligent Technology. His main research interests include online education and Digital Learning Support (DLS) service system. Jingwen Pan is a lecturer at the Institute of Educational Technology at Northwest Normal University, China, and a Ph.D. student at the School of Educational Technology, Beijing Normal University, China. Her main research interests include smart education and digital leadership in education. Dr. Jian Xu is the deputy director of the Center for Educational Informatization Planning and Evaluation at Central China Normal University (CCNU), the vice dean of the Hubei Institute of Education Digital Research at CCNU, and the secretary-general of the Future Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy. He has been involved in guiding the development of the National Demonstration Zone for 'Internet+Education' in Ningxia, as well as guiding other National Smart Education Demonstration Zones in Wuhan, Wenzhou, and Nanchang. He is a group member responsible for drafting 'The Industry Standards for Teachers' Digital Literacy' and 'Construction Standards for Digital Campuses in Higher Education Institutions (Trial).' Currently, his research focuses primarily on educational informatization strategy and evaluation, the development of smart campuses, and the evaluation of digital literacy among teachers and students. Dr. Qiurui Sun is the deputy director and senior engineer at the Center of Information and Network Technology, Beijing Normal University, China. She has been engaged in education management informatization for a long period and is responsible for promoting school informatization application, information system construction and operation, teaching informatization, school big data planning, school website management, network information security, and school insulation-displacement contact (IDC) machine room construction, operation, and maintenance.
