Abhishek Behl is an Associate Professor at Keele Business School, Keele University, UK. He has earned his second PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where his research is in the area of crowdfunding and gamification. His research is in the areas of gamification and strategy, human-computer interaction, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. Brinda Sampat is an Associate Professor at the NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education, NMIMS University, Mumbai, India. Her research interests are at the interface of information systems and marketing management, which primarily focuses on consumer adoption and diffusion of emerging technologies (AI, mobile health, wearable devices, social media) and digital innovations and sustainability through the lens of emerging economies.
