Joy M. Perrin is the Digital Initiatives Librarian at the Texas Tech University Libraries. She holds a Master of Library Science from the University of North Texas. Ms. Perrin has 22 years' experience in libraries and is the author of the book Digitizing Flat Media: Principles and Practices. Today, Joy is a tenured faculty member at Texas Tech University and the head of the Digital Resources Unit at the Texas Tech University Libraries.
