She enjoys creating mindfulness stories and guided imagery that spark joy and imagination in young and older readers alike.Taran's books, including Dinosaurs Have Feelings Too, are known for their engaging characters, playful rhyming, and heartwarming messages. When not writing or teaching, Taran enjoys time in nature and finds inspiration in practicing Martial Arts with the family.Taran lives in sunny California with her husband, their son and a very old cat named Gaia. When not teaching adults, Taran loves connecting with young readers and their families through group classes, book readings and events.
