The presentation of this intervention project was based on my experience as a teacher, school coordinator, assistant principal and other coordinating roles.

Tito Mendes, diplômé en théologie de l'UCP de Lisbonne, est enseignant dans le primaire et le secondaire et directeur du groupe scolaire de Silves. Il est titulaire d'un diplôme de troisième cycle en gestion d'entreprise et en sciences de l'éducation et de la formation de l'UAlg. Maîtrise en sciences de l'éducation et de la formation, avec spécialisation en gestion et administration de l'éducation, de l'UAlg.
