David Miller, estadounidense de origen, ha vivido en Bolivia desde 1981, sirviendo a los pueblos indígenas de los Andes como evangelista itinerante y maestro de la Biblia. También es periodista, trabajando como corresponsal de agencias de noticias con enfoque en derechos humanos, la libertad religiosa y la persecución de cristianos. Entre sus otros libros es el más vendido El Señor de Bellavista: La historia dramática de una prisión transformada, y Cántico de Viracocha: El impacto del evangelio en los pueblos andinos de Bolivia.
