He has a strong background in writing, sourcing, and logistics management. Stephen's early talents led him to work with the largest pharmaceutical company in his country, a lead-acid battery manufacturer, and an international food processing company. He also worked on a multimillion-dollar capital development project with a food giant and led procurement and logistics in managing the project. Stephen moved to South Africa to work as a merchandising planner for IT retail stores, where he quickly adjusted and was hired as a specialist planner for over 100 Southern African locations. He returned to manufacturing and managed procurement, storage, and shipping for a Swedish company, partnering with another American global entity. He formed alliances with other global company clusters, enhancing the local supply chain business model to meet world-class standards. Stephen is committed to helping young people by sharing his experiences as a mentor and coaching those who want to fix their life mistakes and imagined problems. He possesses a strong character and purpose, which makes it easier for him to teach a diverse range of subjects. Stephen has made decisions that have helped companies, teams, and customers.
