What is necessary to promote and maintain positive influencing factors?" The aim of this research work is to increase the opportunities for migrants and people with disabilities to participate in working life and society by raising awareness of stigmatization and discrimination, thereby enabling them to be reflected upon or even avoided in the future.
Autorenporträt
Gudrun Egger, a social pedagogue, works in the field of continuing education for migrants and people with disabilities. Her experiences with discrimination and exclusion in education and the workplace have made integration a major concern for her. Her dissertation: People with disabilities and migrants - discriminated against in the workplace.
