Kulis, PhD, MA, is Professor of Sociology in the Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics and Director of Research in the Global Center for Applied Health Research at Arizona State University. Stephanie Lechuga-Peña, PhD, MSW, is Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at Arizona State University.
