God has given Dr. Wingate a world vision and a passion for educating the ministers of tomorrow. A graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Wingate holds degrees from Faith Theological Seminary, Moody Theological Seminary, and National Bible College.
