With a 20-year tenure in the U.S. Coast Guard, specializing in Personnel Administration and Merchant Marine Safety, and over 33 years as a real estate leader-salesman, company owner, broker, manager, team leader, and trainer-he's a powerhouse of experience. But Jim isn't just about titles. He's a lifelong student, having read over 1,000 books on sales, relationships, team building, and the psychology of selling.
