Award-winning editorial cartoonist Roger Schillerstrom was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. He was first hires as a freelance editorial cartoonist for Crain's Chicago Business, a weekly newspaper. Several years later, he became the first full-time editorial cartoonist on the staff of Crain Communications and was contributing to five of the company's publications. Then came Golfweek...and the rest is history! (Yes, you are actually holding a history book.) Roger and his wife Susan have two sons, and they reside in suburban Chicago.
