This book guides researcher on molybdo-flavoenzymes that will help them to understand further information of functional and molecular characterisation of molybdenum hydroxylases enzymes and molybdenum hydroxylases as drug-metabolizing enzymes. At present despite molybdo-flavoenzymes role as detoxification enzymes there has been no study to date that has used mutant organisms to authenticate this in vivo. So, this book will present Drosophila melanogaster is ideal for such studies due to their well understood biology, short lifespan and low cost in carrying out experimentation.
