Faaiza Osman is a school teacher, app founder, recipe developer, food photographer, and the creator of Modest Munchies, a blog devoted to modern fusion baking. Born in South Africa and raised in Australia, with Indian heritage and deep inspiration from Middle Eastern flavors and travels to Malaysia, she blends global ingredients--pistachio, kataifi/knafeh, tahini, pandan--into approachable, eye-catching sweets. Faaiza is known for creating viral moments such as the Ramadan "Date Tree" and the widely-shared "Dear Neighbor" printable.
