What's more, the use of carbohydrates derived from biomass and the possibility of degradation by microorganisms or enzymes reinforce their impact.

Jalal ISAAD est titulaire d'un DEA en chimie organique fine de l'Université de Lyon 1- France, et d'un doctorat en sciences chimiques de l'Université de Florence - Italie en février 2009. De 2009 à 2014, il a été ATER puis postdoc à l'ENSAIT de Roubaix-France. Depuis avril 2015, il est professeur de chimie organique à FST Al Hoceima - Maroc.
