Dr Lawal Mohammad Anka is a Nigerian Scholar and Development Consultant.He studied in Nigeria,Pakistan and Germany.He holds Bsc and Msc Degrees in Agricultural Economics,MBA and PhD in Rural Development Studies.Dr Anka has published 5 books and 102 Articles in Scholarly Journals.Currently he is Working as Director PRS with cotton Development Agency
