The research discussed in detail the concepts of perception, e-Governance as well as Information and Communication Technology at large. In addition, it has expounded the expansion of e-Governance, successes & best practices of e-Governance across the world, its relevance to worldwide university & general administration, possible constraints in its implementation & presented its application criteria, among other issues. The work is entirely the product of the author's undergraduate research project report in the year 2014 at Yobe State University.

Abdullahi is a young academic with the Department of Public Administration, University of Maiduguri, Nigeria. He obtained his first Degree in Public Administration from Yobe State University, Damaturu, Nigeria; and presently pursuing his postgraduate studies. He has equally published in a number of local, national and international journals.
