As an educator and military spouse, she has a strong sense of community and the importance of supporting those in need. Her experience teaching coding and robotics to students of all ages has given her a unique perspective on how technology can be used to promote education and personal growth. LaDonna's passion for mental health and wellness led her to create Ebony Notes Company, a company dedicated to promoting self-care and well-being within the Black community. LaDonna's expertise in technology and programming languages and diverse interests have been integral to developing the Ebony Notes mobile app. As the founder of Ebony Notes, LaDonna is committed to positively impacting the Black community and beyond with affirmations, stationery, and resources for personal growth. Her dedication to providing multigenerational wellness and mental health support has created a unique and valuable resource for the Black community.As a visionary leader in the field of mental wellness advocacy, LaDonna Welch's innovative strategies and commitment to empowerment have earned her recognition in multiple local media outlets across Louisiana, Colorado, and Arkansas. LaDonna has also been featured in prestigious publications such as AfroTech and INC Magazine. In addition, she was awarded the 2023 Small Biz Challenge by The UPS Store.
