Produktbeschreibung
This study was carried out in the vicinity of the rural area of the municipality of Rio Preto da Eva, Amazonas, in a region comprising the terra firma forest formation, located 105 km northeast of Manaus and accessed via the AM-010 highway. The study area is approximately 220 km2 in size and is characterized by factors that contribute to a process of habitat fragmentation, distinguishing regions that are no longer in direct connection with the continuous forest. These factors are evidenced by the construction of the AM-010 highway, the ZF-9 branch and the Procópio branch, which are located around the area. Other impacting activities that modify the natural landscape can be observed, such as illegal logging, hunting and illegal animal trafficking.
