Edoardo Chiti is Professor of Administrative Law at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa. He is on the editorial board of a number of academic journals and a member of various public law societies. Andrea Giorgi is a Ph.D. Candidate in Administrative Law at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa. He has been a Visiting Doctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oxford.
