Khalid H. Arar, PhD, is a Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy in the Education and Community Leadership Program at the College of Education, Texas State University. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Leadership and Policy in Schools. His research focuses on equity and dignity in K-12 and higher education, with a particular emphasis on migrant and minority populations. Emily R. Crawford, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA). Her research explores issues related to leadership and immigration in Pk-12 public schools across geographic contexts. Deniz Örücü, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Management in the University of Nottingham, School of Education, Centre for Research in Educational Leadership. Her research focuses on social justice in educational leadership, leadership in refugee education, higher education, educational policy and privatization of education. Ira Bogotch, EdD, is Professor, Educational Leadership, Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Ira's research has traversed the principalship, school leadership standards, teaching and learning in educational administration, leadership for social justice and the Syrian diaspora.
