Produktbeschreibung
The debate surrounding diversity and gender is becoming increasingly important due to social interests, legal provisions and society's growing desire for equality for all people. This rethinking process is unstoppable in society and is leading to structural changes in organisations where people live together. Educational institutions are also affected. There are already various scientific studies on the topics of educational inequality, gender discrimination and exclusion processes, especially in Germany, but only a few relate to Austrian schools. In particular, the links between educational disadvantage and gender differences are largely ignored in Austrian schools. This study aims to examine educational inequality with regard to diversity between pupils with and without a migrant background and possible gender-specific inequalities. Finally, conclusions will be drawn from comparisons of scientific literature and the analysis of the empirical study, with possible solutions proposed.
