Infertility is a health problem worldwide, and Cuba is not exempt from this situation, as evidenced in our municipality and health area. Therefore, an educational proposal was developed to increase knowledge about modifiable risk factors related to infertility. A retrospective pre-experimental study was conducted in CMF 19-22 of the CRF Polyclinic, between June 2022 and June 2024. From a population of 70 infertile couples, 22 were selected by non-probability sampling by criteria. The educational program was applied in four stages and was evaluated by specialists. Sociodemographic and infertility-related variables were operationalized using theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods. The results showed that 63.6% of the couples were between 20 and 34 years old, 27.3% smoked, 70.5% had inadequate eating behaviors and 65.9% were sedentary. It is concluded that the program was evaluated as adequate and that most couples improved their knowledge about infertility. It is recommended that the results be presented to the center's board of directors for possible generalization.
