Celso Simão Fulano holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the School of Psychology at the University of Minho, Portugal. He is a professor in the Department of Psychology at the Pedagogical University of Mozambique. His areas of interest include self-regulation of learning, academic self-efficacy, academic procrastination, and school engagement.
