Grace Chidimma Ibeneme is an exceptional facilitator, Lecturer and a dedicated Rural Development Specialist with a Ph.D in Rural Sociology and Development from Nigeria and other qualifications in Agri-business as well as Education from the Netherlands. She holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics and Extension and has worked on various projects.
