Result of field experiment revealed that significantly higher values of growth parameters viz., plant height, number of branches/plant and yield attributes viz., number of siliquae/plant, number of seeds/siliqua and yield viz., seed yield (2709 kg/ha) and stover yield (5207 kg/ha), quality parameters viz., oil content and protein content; N, P and K content and uptake, net return ( 105455/ha) and B:C ratio were recorded higher with the application of 100% RDF + foliar spray of 0.4% nano urea at 30 and 45 DAS. Significantly, being at par with application of 100% RDF + foliar spray of 0.2% nano urea at 30 and 45 DAS, 100% RDF + foliar spray of 0.6% nano urea at 30 and 45 DAS and 75% RDF + foliar spray of 0.6% nano urea at 30 and 45 DAS. For reduced the fertilizer, followed by application of 75% RDF + foliar spray of 0.6% nano urea at 30 and 45 DAS.
