O Dr. Abdallah Mansour é professor de fisiologia de peixes na Universidade de Alexandria, Egipto. Obteve o seu doutoramento em fisiologia de peixes em 2014. Desde então, trabalha em diferentes projectos de investigação sobre fitoquímicos, suplementos alimentares no crescimento, função endócrina e imunitária do animal. Publicou vários artigos em revistas internacionais de renome.
