Abass Iddrisu stammt aus Sakpala im Norden Ghanas in Westafrika. Er hat ein Diplom in allgemeiner Landwirtschaft vom Ohawu Agricultural College. Er ist von Beruf Landwirt und hat eine starke Leidenschaft für Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich der Jugend- und Frauenförderung und der nachhaltigen Landwirtschaft. Er ist auch der Gründer der Greeners Foundation, Ghana.
