The study explains in deep the problem identified for it to be carried out and gives reasons why it had to be conducted. The researcher explained some theories related to nonverbal communication such as Kinesics, Haptics, and paralanguage. We also referred to what other researchers wrote about nonverbal communication. The population were teachers and students of English in selected Schools in Kanjongo Sector, Nyamasheke District, Rwanda.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Esron MAZIMPAKA is a Rwandan Language Teacher who holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature Education from Kampala University (KU). Along with that, Esron pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Rwanda (UR), and was awarded a bachelor's degree of Arts in English language with Education.
