Evidently, Soil salinity is a Major problem in Saurashtra Region of Gujarat, India. At certain places of northern and western regions of Gujarat, the ground water contains excess amount of salt and which is not suitable for irrigation. The aim of present investigation is therefore to assess the response of Mustard (Brassica juncea ) to various levels of salinity and salt stress towards different salts for seedling emergences.
