Dr. Patrick Girukwayo, is the President of the "GLOBAL HUMANITY AND LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION" (GHL-F) based in DRC who teaches Leadership. He has an experience of more than 31 years (since 1992 ) in Law enforcement as a Jurist, in Humanitarian field (with NGOs and UN), Conflicts Management and Leadership (with a PHD in Leadership and Planning).
