Autorenporträt
Luis Landero wurde 1948 in Alburquerque in der spanischen Provinz Badajoz geboren. Mehrere Jahre arbeitete er als Gitarrist einer professionellen Flamencotruppe, auch, um sich sein Philologiestudium zu finanzieren. Sein Roman "Späte Spiele" wurde mit dem Spanischen Nationalpreis und dem Spanischen Kritikerpreis ausgezeichnet.
