Autorenporträt
Mercedes Versaci received her Ph.D. from the University of Cadiz in 2018 and she is an active member of the research group HUM 812: Studies in Prehistory, Archaeology, Ethnoarchaeology, Anthropology and Cultural Landscape (PAEAPC) at the same institution. Her studies on the rock art of the Province of Cadiz go back to the year 2007, and she has published (in specialist magazines) several researches concerning paintings and funeral customs in recent prehistory. She has participated in various projects on the funerary world in the Province of Cadiz and currently combines these studies with ethnoarchaeological research on the pottery of Rif (Morocco).
