Dr. Ali Evren Göksungur ist Computeringenieur und akademischer Dozent an verschiedenen Fakultäten und Universitäten. Er schloss sein Studium am Fachbereich für Computeringenieurwesen der Universität des östlichen Mittelmeers (2002) ab. Er absolvierte sein Masterstudium und seine Promotion am Fachbereich für Betriebsforschung der Marmara-Universität (2004-2008).
