Mouna Baklouti ist derzeit außerordentliche Professorin an der ENIS-Schule der Universität Sfax. Sie promovierte 2010 in Informatik an der ENIS und der Universität Lille1. Außerdem erhielt sie 2016 ihren HdR von der ENIS.
