A. SOPHIE WADE is founder and Workforce Innovation Specialist of Flexcel Network, a consultancy that facilitates corporations' transition to substantially different work-related environments. With deep knowledge in the Future-of-Work field, she frequently speaks and writes on issues that greatly impact companies such as talent engagement and retention, purpose-driven culture, digital transformation, Millennial demands, workplace flexibility, and the new latticed and diversified career paradigms. Wade has lived and worked in five countries helping major corporations and entrepreneurs develop, finance, and execute strategic initiatives, build teams and ventures, and create partnerships. She earned a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. Wade is the 2015-17 president of the New York City Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
