Michael Nelson, EdD , a well-known and respected educator, researcher, and leader in the fields of special education and psychology, with special emphasis on behavioral, emotional, and learning disorders, is Professor of Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
