Autorenporträt
Gary Chamer is a United States architect who left the US many years ago to live on the Caribbean Island of Roatan, located off the coast of Honduras. His work developing an award-winning eco-village at Palmetto Bay Plantation captured much of the spirit and lifestyle of the local people. It also led to a relationship which produced a lovely child named Emily, the namesake of the main character in his acclaimed children's book, Emily and the Mango Man.
