The book contains seven chapters: First chapter describes anger. Second chapter has been focused on behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). Third chapter: anger management groups (AMGs). Fourth chapter: cognitive approaches in emotion regulation. Fifth chapter: a specific technique, called Alba Emoting. Sixth chapter has been extracted from the scientific research already conducted by the author himself where it is revealed that anger management and control in teens is fulfilled by body postures, breathing pattern, and facial expressions. Seventh chapter: body and emotion. In short, this book has attempted to address and discuss the important methods pertaining to anger management.

Der Autor, der einen MA in kognitiver Psychologie am Institut für kognitive Studien in Teheran absolviert hat, interessiert sich für den Bereich der Emotionsregulierung und die effektiven kognitionspsychologischen Techniken in diesem Bereich. Mit sieben Jahren Erfahrung als Schulberater in der Bildung, ist er bereit, mit Kindern und Jugendlichen zu arbeiten.
