With more than twenty-years of senior leadership and c-suite experience, Rich is a life-long learner who is passionate about developing people and organizations while cultivating cultures built on relationships, service, and excellence. Currently, Rich serves as the President and CEO of Lead Like Jesus, a global leadership training and equipping organization with ministry centers in 24 nations. Rich has evidenced God's great provision in the organizations that he has served and with the people that he has invested in. He has a diverse background and leadership experience in the marketplace, military, and with Christ-centered nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education. Rich finds purpose in helping other leaders optimize their leadership through self-awareness and relational effectiveness. He believes that Jesus is the greatest leadership role model and the prime example of healthy social emotional understanding. He has earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Huntington University, an Advanced Executive Coaching credential from the Townsend Institute, the Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and is a Certified Fundraising Executive with CFRE International. He is currently working towards a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership with Bethel University (MN), studying the impact of emotional intelligence on burnout. Rich also serves his church as an ordained minister.Rich's favorite moments involve spending time with his wife, Danielle, and five amazing children traveling, fishing, and hiking. He really enjoys conversations about Jesus and leadership.
