Opal Dockery is an award-winning actress, writer, poet and speaker. As an actress, her films have screened at over 500 film festivals worldwide. A former burlesque dancer for over 20 years, she is the author of many books, including the inspirational autobiography THOUGHTS OF A STRIPPER: A Mother's Story. Opal was recently inducted in the Burlesque Hall of Fame. Ms. Dockery has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. She has been a vegan for over 50 years, and is an animal rights activist.
