Sangar Othman Ibrahim concluiu o mestrado em Língua e Linguística Inglesas na Universidade de Leicester em 2014, no Reino Unido, e a licenciatura em Língua e Literatura Inglesas na Universidade de Salahaddin em 2009. Sangar trabalha como professor assistente na Universidade de Salahaddin. Além disso, Sangar está atualmente a fazer um doutoramento na mesma área.
