Elizabeth George, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician and cofounder of Healthy Eating Adventure, a program helping communities transition to whole food, plant-based nutrition. She has spent over 40 years focusing on preventive care and wellness education and leading initiatives in hospitals, physician training, and international health programs.
