Produktbeschreibung
The primary objective of this text is to present a clear, structured, and practical guide to the principles and techniques that underpin modern infrastructure projects. It is designed to take the reader on a logical journey, from the initial establishment of accurate spatial control through geomatics, to the geometric design of a road's alignment, through the analysis of its traffic function, and finally to the construction of its pavement structure. This book is intended to serve as a comprehensive guide to civil infrastructure projects, illustrating the seamless workflow from data acquisition to design and construction.A key feature of this book is its integrated approach. Rather than treating surveying and road design as isolated subjects, it demonstrates how they are inextricably linked in a real-world project workflow. Furthermore, an emphasis is placed on the "why" behind the "what," encouraging readers to understand the underlying rationale for design choices, which fosters adaptable and critical thinking skills essential for solving novel engineering challenges.
